David Rhind

Professor David Rhind was a member of the former Statistics Commission until March 2008 when the Commission's responsibilities were subsumed by the UK Statistics Authority. He was also Vice-Chancellor and Principal of the City University in London until July 2007. David is a non-executive director of the Bank of England's Court of Directors, and until 1998 was Director General of the Ordnance Survey.
